Does California style Mexican count? Sometimes when I am in California, I enjoy a Mexican breakfast. Spicy? Yes, a little, but I tend to avoid the really spicy stuff. The best Mexican breakfast I ever had was in Morro Bay, California. I eat Mexican food wherever I go, and believe me, you can find it almost anywhere. It's consistantly good in those US states that border Mexico, but I found isolated examples of great Mexican food in Canada, Minnesota and Massachusettes. Here in Tennessee, all of my favorite resturants serve Mexican food. I also find a lot of good Mexican food in WMM's kitchen. She makes a great Mexican breakfast omlet.
