The best Mexican breakfast I ever had was in Morro Bay, California. I eat Mexican food wherever I go, and believe me, you can find it almost anywhere. It's consistantly good in those US states that border Mexico, but I found isolated examples of great Mexican food in Canada, Minnesota and Massachusettes. Here in Tennessee, all of my favorite resturants serve Mexican food. I also find a lot of good Mexican food in WMM's kitchen. She makes a great Mexican breakfast omlet.

Actually, Mexican food is rather bland, and their breakfasts are delicious, even if they do have crazy flavored pancake things. The spicy food comes from the US/Mexico border.
