I read somewhere that the "half age, plus seven years" is the ideal age for a wife, in some culture that I can't think of right now. I wonder what those men do when they age and the formula doesn't work for the little woman anymore?

I once broke that rule---when I was 18, I dated a 34 year old. It was disastrous. I have never dated a younger person, however.
