The one time (or more, but I don't think so) I have done that was not because I couldn't think of something to say but because it was my way of being funny. Not making fun of the practice, because I like it too much, but being silly in that way. When in fact I couldn't think of something, I have left my name without a quote, as I do with serious posts.
