I speak American, Southern style. That's called English, too. However........

A step-through with large wheels and a small (uncovered) engine is a moped (cf Honda C90). Where they merge is open to interpretation.
Hey! You really know your scooters! I have a Vespa, a Honda moped, a Benelli, several Cushman's, etc. I remember seeing Lambretta scooters in London many moons ago. Howard
