hehe. Sorry Howard, but ever since they limited engine output, stock car racing has held less interest for me. It was really awful the first year they did it, as I recall. . .Everyone basically played follow-the-leader around the track for the entire 500 miles. . . .Even the announcer was talking about how "damn boring this crap" was. That part was cool for me because I was a little kid and it's fun for a little kid to hear grownups use words like "damn" and "crap" ;)



I wanna see a race where ANYTHING goes. I mean ANY THING. We're talking the biggest engines, the stickiest tires, suspensions designed at the Lockheed Skunkworks, etc. We're talking oil slicks being deposited from the rear of the car at the touch of a button. . . Machine guns in the headlights. Armored cars.

In fact, they made a video game about that once. It was called Death Track. Anyone remember it?
