No, but I do remember a similar arcade game called Roadblasters. It was supposed to take place in the future, and the cars had laser cannons, dropped mines, etc. These big ships would drop down out of the sky over the road, and if you got your car lined up right they would upgrade your weapons. One particular upgrade I enjoyed was a bomb-type weapon which launched out in front of your car, and vaporized all your opponents within a certain radius. I've often wished I had one of those for my morning commute...
