It had songs like Camp Granada, Rubber Ducky, They're Coming to Take Me Away, The Witch Doctor, Shaving Cream, Transfusion, Itty Bitty Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka-Dot Bikini, etc. I'd really like to have this album again if anyone knows where it, or another with this collection, can be found. At the very least I'd like to be able to find the lyrics to some of them if anyone knows where to find those. I haven't had any luck so far finding very many of them.

I've been fruitlessly searching for an old silly song that was adapted from a joke. The joke is about a guy in a Cadillac who gets into a race with a "Little Nash Rambler." They go faster and faster until the Cadillac is going as fast as it can go. Then the Rambler pulls along side, the driver rolls the window down and yells "How do I get this thing out of second gear?"
Everybody has heard the joke, but has anybody heard the musical version? I think the title of the song might be "The Little Nash Rambler"
