Heh. Reminds me of the time my sister and I were driving along on our merry way to work (we worked at the same place at the time) and the car started making some strange noises and then died. Couldn't figure out what was wrong, but it wouldn't start again. Then we checked the oil...dry as a bone. Turned out the oil light was broken and apparently it had a leak. Fortunately there were some nice folks in a house down the road who gave us a ride to work.
