Hah... reminds me of one time after marching band practice when someone's car was acting up. She's knew absolutely nothing about cars, so some people who did came over to help. As it turns out, she was out of oil. But that's not what they told her. This girl, a rather intelligent person, was absolutely convinced that she was out of blinker fluid. I wish I could have heard the conversation when she told her father why she needed to be picked up...
