It's that time of the year again. It's time to guess the winners of the Academy Awards for 1999, which will be given out in a live telecast ceremony on March 26th.

Because of a reprehensible scandalous practice by the normally least reprehensible nation-wide paper there is, the Wall Street Journal, the drop dead date for contest entries and any and all amendments MUST be submitted by midnight Thursday night, March 23. (The Journal is polling academy members for their votes so they can spoil the fun by publishing the inevitable winners on Friday, the 24th. If this project falls through, as it surely should, the deadline will be extended to the minute before the ceremony begins.)

Here's the rules. You must guess the winners of all the Academy Awards that will be given out with the exception of the Short Film, Foreign Film, and Documentary Categories. (Although you may still submit official guesses for these categories, too, of course.) Whoever correctly guesses the most winners wins!
