It just occured to me that I had three kinds of cheese at supper tonight. There was cheddar on top of the sheppard's pie, I put cottage cheese on my salad, and I ate a chunk of gouda, to top it all off. My daughter brings back gouda (or however you spell it) from Europe. I never met a cheese I didn't like.
