My personal favorite would have to be General Mayhem; although he does have a close rival of General Chaos. If one were to stop and try, I'm sure this list of Generals could become quite extensive after a while. In fact there's one general that many motion pictures were made strictly for his approval, that was, of course, General Audiences.
