If you double vote, it *shouldn't* register a double vote. I'm not immediately sure how Liface is bypassing it; he's either rotating his IP address manually or is going through a proxy/firewall of some sort with multiple connections to the outside world, each on their own IP address. If you're just logged in from home or something, it shouldn't register a double vote unless you disconnect and dial in a second time in the interim.
