I'm not immediately sure how Liface is bypassing it; he's either rotating his IP address manually or is going through a proxy/firewall of some sort with multiple connections to the outside world, each on their own IP address. If you're just logged in from home or something, it shouldn't register a double vote unless you disconnect and dial in a second time in the interim.

I guess Liface knows a lot more about computers than I do. Why not? Everybody else does. Anyway, sometimes I want to check back during the day to see how a pole is doing. Now I won't have to wait until the next day. Thanks for the info.
