Along those lines, I've also been floating up and down the River Tweek, shouting 'til I'm hoarse, casting the only spell I seem to be able to use every time I need to, and pretty thoroughly looking at every location, as well as searching in every location, and I've still had only "No luck."

Thinking that, perhaps, that was a clue, I sailed up and down to each location trying "Use luck" and THEN searching, but still nothing.

I feel that's pretty methodical, but I imagine there's some totally obvious I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated.
