Obviously, movies make us FEEL things as much as see them. I love a good story that makes me feel good or sad sometimes. They are theraputic for us. Here is my list.

6. Rudy - I always get choked up when little Rudy gets to play two downs of football for Notre Dame and actually gets a tackle the last play of the game.

5. The Green Mile - The symbolism in the Green Mile and the context the story is taken in really gets me teary-eyed.

4. Edward Scissorhands - The poor guy falls in love for a girl, spends his whole time living with her family trying to get her to love him, and when she finally falls in love with him, he has to go back to being alone.

3. Hoosiers - I guess I just like the stories by Angelo Pizzo. Growing up in a family where sports were very important, it is easy to get emotional over this underdog small town high school basketball team and coach who needs a second chance to redeem himself.

2. The Shawshank Redemption - Everytime I see Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins together on the beach, knowing everything they have gone through in prison, it makes me have tears of joy.

1. E.T. - I can't help it. Every single time I see E.T. and E.T. dies and then comes back to life, I get choked up, but then when he leaves, I always feel like I am losing my best friend, but am happy knowing that he lives in my heart and memories.

Kinda dorky, I know, but I want to know what other movies make you guys out there cry or feel like crying.
