You're very very probably fine. 3.3-volt AGP signalling hasn't been used for a few years now. If you can provide some information on the motherboard (model number would be great), I could tell you for sure.
However (because I'm an incorrigible meddler), I can't really recommend the particular card you're looking at; the GeForce 4 MX series was kinda stinky when it launched, and hasn't aged that nicely. Fortunately, the much much better FX5200 is available for even *less* money than that, if price is a serious concern. :-D
