You're basically fine. That motherboard can signal at 3.3 or 1.5 volts; all cards expecting 0.8 volts are tolerant of 1.5 volt signalling by design, since the AGP specification requires it. Of course, some shady manufacturers produce cards that will *tolerate* but not *run from* 1.5 volt signalling, because that's what shady manufacturers do. However...

... this does not appear to be one of them. According to PNY, it'll run fine from AGP 2.0 (1.5v) motherboards, which is what you have. So, yeah, I would go for that provided the retailer is trustworthy, which also appears to be the case.
