You got the Stone? Well, it depends. What ELSE have you picked up? There are items you can get regardless of whether or not you got the stone, and that are necessary to move on.

f you post your inventory, all of us non-psychic people can usually determine where you are, what you've picked up, what you need to pick up, and can therefore give you a hint that will tell you what to do next without totally spoiling it. And if it's not a spoiler, said hint is less likely to be deleted.

Besides, I find that rather than singling out one person to e-mail for help and be at the mercy of that single person's schedule, posting a detailed help request here guarantees that more than one person will see it and be able to help. :)
