So you know the photos in the magazine are airbrushed, right? I found the website portfolio of a professional photo retoucher (http://www.glennferon.com*), and it really drove that home for me in a way that nothing had before. He has examples in the portfolio of his finished work, and you mouse over the picture to see how it looked before retouching.

Please, don't believe the lie of the perfect body. Not even the models themselves look as good as our culture says they're supposed to.
