That's what I thought at first, but they make it work. My only gripe is that the free first year went by too fast. :-)

I haven't had to get in touch with them for much, but they have a support-ticket system that I've used a couple times. There's a form on their web site that you can use to tell them what you need, and in my (little) experience they have been very prompt and helpful.
Once I asked them if they would upgrade PHP to the newest, recently released version, and they did. Another time I reported that my site had been hacked and disabled, and they were able to restore it from a backup and get me back online. I don't have anything bad to say about 'em.
