Hmm... first year free sounds too good to be true, although they cover a lot with the setup fee, I suppose.

What's been your experience with getting in touch with the company - any problems getting a response? That's my biggest complaint with my current host; it's freaking IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them. Seriously: they took my money and I literally haven't heard from them again... but I digress.
