$5 isn't much of a kingdom. That doesn't even cover you for one solitary serf at current prices.

If you're willing to fly a bit higher than that, I'm using Dreamhost (former Offical Rinkworks ISP), and they offer a good amount of stuff for only ten dollars a month. Plus they pay me if you say you were referred by me, and that can't be bad.
