Rolling my eyes

From what perspective am I looking at this question?

From my perspective, either in my head "looking" at the back of my eyes (which is just weird to think about) or looking in the mirror, I roll my eyes clockwise. If my wife catches me rolling my eyes, she sees them going counter-clockwise.

Of course, maybe Sam meant to leave out that bit of the question.
