I have this vauge recollection that teach is Canadian. I also have an unrelated vauge recollection that Canadian laws about downloading music from the internet are not nearly as harsh as US laws and that it's either allowed or currently a blind eye is turned on it.

Put whatever trust you will in my vauge recollections.
