Can't really answer that one.

Easily. Any free, downloadable MP3 Jukebox software can do that. iTunes is a good one, also MusicMatch JukeBox.

If you have a CD burner drive, then the answer is yet. Again, the same software that lets you rip audio CDs to MP3 can do the reverse, although iTunes is the only one I know of that lets you do this for free. MM JukeBox makes you pay for the registered version in order to burn CDs with it.
