Who is Viewpoint and why do they insist in messing up my computer? For weeks now, we have had a box that shows up every day and blocks about 1/3 of our monitor's view area. It says, "You have been updated," and it wants us to click on a box to let it in, but there is no other choice. You can't move it, you can't delete it, you can't minimumize it. It just sits there blocking the view until I shut the computer down and bring it back up again. That way I don't have to worry about until the next day and then it's baaaaaaack.

Now it has changed tactics. The address bar at the top of the screen is gone. In it's place is a blue bar that starts out with "Viewpoint," and there is no place to type in an address. I can only get into sites, like Rinkworks, that are linked on my homepage.

I have to believe that it is a virus, spyware, a worm or something like that. Ligit stuff doesn't act like that. How can I get rid of it?
