You might try what they recommend on this page. Basically, if removing the program fails, they say you need to locate and delete the file "viewmgr.exe". Well, that worked. I got rid of Viewpoint and in another proceedure, I got rid of the Viewpoint toolbar. Unfortunately, my addressbar didn't come back, so I am still limited to the sites that are linked on my home page. I guess Viewpoint zapped my address bar when they installed their own toolbar in its place. I'm going to look around and see if I can get it back.
