A goldfish supposedly has a memory span of about five seconds, which is a far greater length of time than any given image stays on screen in an average MTV video or sneaker commercial, so I'd say you're being quite charitable in your comparison there, Jade. Corporate America certainly seems to assume that the boys have attention spans of somewhere just under one second. :-)
