Seeing a movie by yourself (especially in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday) is a great experience. It's probably my favorite way to watch a lot of dramas, actually.

I find that being alone in a large, empty room with a huge screen really frees me from any distractions and puts me entirely in the film.
