We enjoyed a nice day in the mountains today. There were shade trees, running water, flowers, good food and music. Yep. We went to Dollywood. We saw a couple of shows, rode one ride and had lunch. Then we walked around and looked at all of the exhibits and crafts. They were making molassas, selling hand crafted musical instruments, quilts, honey, painted goards, and other mountain stuff. The crowd was mostly older folks. On the way home we saw a flock of wild turkeys in a field in Wear's Valley. There were a lot of motorcycles on the foothills parkway. Maybe the motorcylists are trying to save a little gas.
