The Web site that I used is PrimerMovie.com where there is a good discussion forum.
Is there anything in particular you're confused about? I can basically explain most of the film at this point.
BIG SPOILERS BELOW DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE.
There is one event (the Granger incident that causes Abe to use the failsafe) which has no explanation by design, since the events that cause it to happen never happen.
There are also one or two things that appear to be contradictions (the narrator talks about the Granger incident even though the narrator should not know about it).
But the rest of the movie becomes pretty clear when you realize that the rules allow for paradoxes. In the world of Primer, you can go back in time and kill yourself without disappearing or causing the universe to collapse or whatever.
Also, things are a little clearer if you realize that when we see most of the movie, we are watching an Aaron who has already lived through the events twice before and who is just pretending to be surprised. We are watching the film from Abe's perspective, who thinks he is in an unmolested timeline. But he's wrong.
