I did a very scientific study.

How many people do you really think tried to evacuate but couldn't? It's a lot more inconvenient and disruptive to leave if you're poor, but I don't think it's impossible. Plus the people you see looting and standing around on bridges are the people who didn't even bother to go to the superdome. That's pretty obviously a matter of choice rather than means.

Are you trying to say that your problem with looting is that it's a waste of time?? I'm probably just misreading this.
