As a good-old-boy from Hazard(one z),Kentucky, I enjoyed reading all that stuff about the Dukes of Hazzard(two z's), Georgia.

My favorite D of H character from that series was Ben Jones, aka "Crazy Cousin Cooter," who wore a hat with "Dog" on it instead of the traditional "Cat." He was as authenic as any southerner has ever been on TV. After the Duke Boys borrowed a car from him and used it the outruns Roscoe and generally tear up the countryside, his only comment was, "It runs good, don't it."

It's too bad that they don't make high quality TV shows like that any more. Try to find good people with high standards on TV these days!

So they tried to make a movie out of it? OK, I'll go see it, but I won't like it. Well, at least I won't unless Willie, as Uncle Jesse, plays and sings my favorite travel song.
