Well, you can at least see the non-secure part, so Windows knows that you have the device plugged in (I presume).

It's not a driver issue, I'd imagine, because the website seems to think it's all plug n play.

Did you put in any sort of password? If not it's possible that the drive has defaulted to a *blank* password and you may need to use whatever interface it presents to get back to the partition. Although how you do it if Windows refuses to acknowledge its presence is beyond me...

If anyone you know has XP, ask them if you can plug it in. A fresh machine might interpret it correctly. I would say try mapping a drive letter to it manually, but it needs a share name for that to work.

So I'm fresh out of ideas. Sorry.
