Hey all, I hate to do it, but I need a hand here.

You're Carrying:

19 Onions
Sack
Silver Key
Coconut
Blue Rubber Ball

2 Tree Branches
Small Silver Coin
Fishing Net
Huge Ladder
Iron Support

Now that the inventory's out of the way, I'm completely flummoxed. I've got no clue what I'm supposed to do next, and to the best of my knowledge I've been everywhere and done everything. The nail just sitting in that tree is driving me nuts. A hint about its extraction would be greatly appreciated.
