Let's see now. United States, Canada, Mexico, England, Wales, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Jamaica, Domician Republic, Haiti, Barbados, Saint Martin(French side, Dutch side)Aruba, Panama, Guatamala, Costa Rica, Antigua. That's enough, but there may be others. I don't think I will count US territories like Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. However, it would be nice to count all the US states, Mexican states, and Canadian provinces. Then again, this was a tough enoughment assignment without all of that.
