another view point

Sometimes I seem to take a different view point. Take gay marriage for example. Shouldn't it be up to gay people to decide if it is right or wrong? Whose business is it anyway? People who say they are against gay marriage usually just mean that they are against gay benefits. I call that righteous discrimination.

There are a lot of things like that. The government should just stay out of peoples private lives. I am against abortion, but I am also against laws that regulate it.

I don't think there should be a law against smoking either, as long as it is done privately and the rest of us don't have to smell it.

If we want to make more laws and amend the constitution, let's look at deceptive advertising and internet con artists, or a million other things, and stay out of people's private lives.
