I definitely am going to try to get help from a doctor as soon as circumstances allow.

I'd read somewhere else in the article that the page I linked to was from that if you start to feel bad, a bit of sugar would help. But I think what you are saying does make sense. (Not the first time my body's lied to me... ;-) ) I have been trying to not have any sugar but it's really hard to do that in a week - but thanks for your help because it gives me encouragement.
