Um... I'm hypoglycemic, and I was under the impression that a sugar craving usually means the last thing you need is sugar. My knowledge of it is pretty vague, but since I've almost entirely given up eating sugar, I've felt 100% better all the time. My father, who is also hypoglycemic, tells me that the best thing to do is to avoid sugar and always have some kind of food on hand. So, even if your body tells you that you need sugar, don't believe it. It's lying. It doesn't know what to do with sugar and therefore produces a ton of insulin. Eat something else.
Keep in mind that all this is just stuff I've gathered by looking at articles online, etc. A doctor would probably be a lot more helpful.
