Sorry about not responding to this thread; I had a treatment shortly after this, and I completely forgot about it. ANYWAY...

I'll name the two inconsistancies that come to mind: first, what happened to Jack's heroin addiction? The man could hardly function, yet if you missed the first few episodes, you would never have guessed. Second, Chase's hand gets shot at point-blank range. Again, if you missed that episode, you would never have guessed. You might have wondered, "Why is Chase's hand bandaged?" but you wouldn't have thought he had gotten shot. Why? Because he's fine, as is Jack's addiction.

I'm sure there are more than that, though. But as I honestly can't remember most of the season (I mentioned before how unmemorable it was), I can't think of any more.
