Most knives are right-handed, especially serrated ones. You never notice till you try using them with your left hand, and you just can't cut straight.

Unless you have some other form of handedness in mind.

Tools that you have to turn with one hand are almost always right-handed, and it doesn't surprise me when they are. I grew up with an electric can opener, but I don't have one now. The main adjustment was learning to hold it with my left hand so I can turn it with my right.
