Just because this movie is not released by a major studio, does not mean that this movie will be bad. Please do not succumb to prejudice when talking about movies you know nothing about. I have seen the trailer and it looks very good. One of my favorite actors is in it (James Hong - see "Big Trouble in Little China"). The lead actress, Marie Matiko, was very good in "The Art of War."

The biggest plus about this movie is that it will be PG-13. I remember when I was a kid and I couldn't see any Samurai movies because they were all rated R. I'll be taking my kids to this movie when it is released in theatres. By the way, the December 1st release date is incorrect. Look for this one to come out around February of 2004.
