Double-click on the icon on your desktop
labeled "My Computer." Inside that window,
you should see a bunch of other folders with
names on them; there should be one labeled
"Program Files." If you can find it, double-click
it, and in there, I'm guessing you'll find yet
another photo with the name "Photo Deluxe"
or some variation thereof. Double-click THAT
folder, and inside it you should be able to find
the folder, named "Prefs" or "Preferences" that
it's promting you to delete.
