I haven't read the entire thread, so sorry if this has been mentioned before. There is one thing I dislike about your explanation. If God is omnipotent and all-knowing, he knows the outcome of every possible universe simulation. Then why must he run the universe(s)? He could just spend eternity thinking up universes since just by doing that he would know all about the universe. he also can't be doing that to achieve a specific outcome, because if he is omnipotent he could just create the result, not the "seed" of an universe that will create the outcome.
