I suppose "blacklist" is too negative a word, but they definitely said that if I tried to donate again before the issue was resolved, they wouldn't let me donate anymore. I suppose they would construe trying to knowingly donate "bad" blood as an attempt of sabotage--or something--and they didn't want that happening.

I assume the eligibility thing you were reading through was the one that you circle the Y or N? Usually, they give you something to read beforehand that mentions some things about SARS and Smallpox vaccinations. I think the eligibility form isn't updated very frequently.

And perhaps I am mistaken about chemotherapy. The last time I went in and talked to the nurse about the whole history I've had and those were the two things she mentioned.
