Speaking of TV personalities; this weekend we took a mini-vacation to the city of Indianapolis to visit my aunt and uncle and their family. My uncle is a meteorologist and does the weather in the morning on the Indy CBS affiliate, channel 8 WISH TV. Yesterday, they took us out for lunch at the Golden Corral, and as we were just finishing up our meal and getting ready to go, a woman came up to our table and said, "Excuse me, but has anyone ever told you that you look just like..."

My uncle says, "Yeah, I'm his cousin!"

She looked like she actually believed him, so he admitted that he was, in fact, who he was, and she asked him for his autograph. I thought the whole situation was quite amusing, since to me, he's just Uncle Randy. Later I asked him if that happens often, and he said that it's just enough to be enjoyable and not annoying. And of course he feels like he can't brush anyone off, because you know the first time he does it'll be the person who calls the station to tell his boss what a jerk he is...
