At your local book store, you may be able to find a book that gives the amounts of sugars in common foods. I have a carbohydrate counter (from the Atkin's diet) which _may_ give the sugar content. I'd check, but I lost it somewhere. It's worth checking out, though. I went to the American diebetes website, and didn't find anything about sugar counters, but they did have some interesting articles about the relationship between High Blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes, and other things. If you haven't seen it yet, it's worth checking out!
