> Oil treatment is not going to do much for a leak of that magnitude. Put it on a lift or jack it up and put stands under it. (Never crawl under a car supported by just a jack.)Then get under there and check the bolts around the oil pan to see if they are tight. Loose oil pan bolts are a major cause of oil leaks. If you find several loose ones, tighten only a little at a time, going back and forth from one side to the other. Keep tightening until all are snug, but don't over do it and twist one off. Using a small wrench is the best way to avoid such problems.

Yeah, it didn't do anything at all, but it was worth a try.

Actually, my dad fixed it. He thought he felt a hole right below the plug, he's not sure if there was really one there or not, but he JB Welded the mess out of the bottom of it and then put some sort of tape stuff around the plug. Whatever he did, it worked! I now don't have to spend a fortune on oil. Not only that, but when it comes time to change the filter, all I'll have to buy is 1 quart to put in the filter! YAY!
